Once again, the American Corner Calabar presents to its community another important educational program on Education USA. The Education USA is one of many major services rendered by the American Corner. It is a US department of state supported network of over 400 advising centers with 500 advisers in 176 countries of which the American Corner Calabar is part. The programs and services wrapped in Education USA include career counseling, seminars on writing resume, essays, SOP; outreach to schools and media; advice on school selection; guide to scholarship opportunities; visa orientation; pre-departure orientation; sale of SAT, TOEFL, GRE & GMAT books; and teacher training workshop. The office of English Language programs is pleased to introduce to you, the American English Webinar Series- AEW, an online teacher training seminars for professional development. The series will take place from January 17 – March 28, 2018. Each 60-minute webinar will be held every other Wednesday by 2:00pm, at the American Corner Calabar, Women Development center, Parliamentary Village.
