AEW Series 8: Classroom routines and procedures: setting your classroom up for success

As earlier announced the first webinar of the American English for educators’ series held on the 17th of January, 2018. Public and private secondary school educators and people looking forward to building a career in English studies where a major part of the audience. Mary Frances Bodenstein, the facilitator, did great justice to the topic: Classroom Routines and Procedures: Setting your Classroom Up for Success.

The webinar accurately addressed the concept of classroom management which is a difficult aspect of teaching for many teachers. It is a known fact that teachers do not focus on learning classroom management, because higher education programs scarcely emphasize on it. Regardless of that, these less emphasized tools enable teachers to have the resources available to properly and successfully educate upcoming generations, and ensure future successes as a nation.

Well, if you missed the first webinar on the AEW series, you could still catch up with the remaining five while it lasts. After a little while, this opportunity will be closed and there goes a good chance of acquiring an experiential knowledge for professional development and capacity building, not to mention, a credible certificate. Make haste while the sun shines.

Least I forget, the knowledge to be acquired in this webinar series is not only restricted to practicing and potential teachers but also, to all who are interested, as the tips could be creatively applied to other areas. See you next week Wednesday, the 31st day in January, 2018.
